I had painted this sweet Loki the other year but wasn't quite happy with it.  So, I took it to the art class that I am taking with Scott O'Neil and he helped me with the proper proportions and the highlights and shading. 

I am very pleased with it now. It will be a gift to my son, Morgan and his family who still miss this kind gentle companion. It has been about a year since he passed away.  He stayed with us a few years ago and we got to know his heart warming personality. I hope this painting captures that.
