Refunds and Exchanges
Buyer must contact me within 14 days of delivery.
The buyer must return items back within: 30 days of delivery.
No exchanges or cancellations will be refunded.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns will not be accepted:

Returns and exchange details
If the product arrives damaged to your destination, I will require photographs emailed to me in order to discuss further arrangements. The buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back to me.
Shipping

Free shipping is only for purchases to Canada. USA has a flat shipping of $30. If you want your purchase shipped directly to someone else, please let me know in the notes in the cart section and I can attach a gift note from you with what you would like to say.
When you order a product, it will be sent through Canada Post, which should take approximately seven business days.
For international destinations shipping costs will be added to the price of the product
Any Customs/Border charges will the responsibility of the buyer.
